One bench, one inbox, and a person who reads it every working day. Email is the fastest way to reach us for anything — a question before you order, a change to one in progress, or a problem with something we sent.
How to reach us

| A privacy request or deletion | Email us with “Privacy” in the subject line — answered within 20 working days, see privacy. |
Every email is answered within one working day. If you have not heard back by then, assume it went astray and send it again — that is far more likely than us ignoring you.
Where we are
The workshop is at 81 Saint Asaph Street, Christchurch Central, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand — across town from the Addington railway workshops the shop takes its name from.
We are a working bench rather than a shopfront, so visits and collections are by appointment. Email first and we will find a time.
When we work
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm New Zealand time.
- Email is read every working day; weekends and public holidays are not working days.
- Modelling time quoted anywhere on this site — 5 to 10 working days for a file — is counted in working days.

We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged on your order.
